Quick Trip

Not everyday you run into Jane Fonda shopping!

Wondering if this would be possible to do to my house for Christmas. Just need some magic elves, I guess. Loved it!

This pic doesn't begin to do this entrance into this beautiful neighboorhood justice. The trees were amazing!!

Another neighborhood entrance. Wow!

Went to a quick trip for business to LA for just two days, but couldn't believe all that I saw in just a few short days. I guess not having four kids w/me helped add to that:) It's such a fun, beautiful place to visit, but couldn't help but to be grateful for my own space, life, home that I have been blessed with. I was missing the "fam." I was racing around trying to see everything I could. It was super fun no doubt, but as the saying goes...there's no place like home!

LA Cont.

Always an awesome sight to be driving along Santa Monica Blvd. and see the Temple. It sits in a world of chaos really, and yet when you go by, it still is able to give a grand feeling of silence/peace/happiness all in just one short moment!

Of course had to stop by Whimsic Alley for Tanner/Jeremy. It took me two extra hours to get home in 5:00 LA traffic, but the boys are definitely worth it. Tanner woke-up extra early to see if I might have brought him home a Harry Potter wand :)

Starting to put up Christmas decor in all of the streets and shops. So fun to see all of the decorations! Really adds to the feel of Christmas to see all of the beautiful lighting/decor.

Had to laugh that even the fire hydrants are shinny in Beverly Hills :)

Pumpkin Patch Fun

One goes right...one goes left...pretty much sums it up! :)

Charlie picking out his pumpkin.

Sadie taking a two second break :)

The boys enjoying a different side of the pumpkin patch. Forget the pumpkins...let's go play the games!

Pumpkin patch is always a hit w/the kids. It was super sunny and a bit hot for a supposedly "fall" day, but very fun none the less. Now we have the ward "trunk-or-treat" and the school Halloween parade, oh...and of course, Halloween night trick-or-treating. I love Halloween, but can't help thinking about those awesome candy cane Christmas lights I saw at Target yesterday :)
